Basic information about the activity
The Rovereto canyon begins in the Leno torrent in Terragnolo and it digs a deep gorge near the hermitage of San Colombano, ten minutes away from the centre of Rovereto. This canyon is easy and the gorge has got beautiful rock walls. It is an ideal playground thanks to its jumps and slides you can repeat as many times as you want.
We will begin walking in the torrent, then an artificial dam will lead to the firs twenty-metre abseil. Here the environment changes considerably and the water becomes colder. You will face many jumps in large and clean water pools, then we will float with our life jackets in a deep canyon, just a few metres wide. An abseil and a slide with the rope will make you have a lot of fun and after that we will reach the final part with slides, jumps and toboggan run you can repeat as many times as you want; it is a natural aqua park which makes it as adventurous and fun as the more famous canyons of the Ledro Valley.
Diving is not compulsory and in every canyon tour you can easily avoid jumps and slides by abseiling We are waiting for you to discover this deep gorge of rare beauty just a few minutes from the town of Rovereto.
