Tignale Family, Canyoning Experience.

A great adventure for little explorers,

that’s the best way to introduce you to the Tignale canyoning activity for families. This trail is suitable for children aged 8 to 12 with active and curious parents.

If you are staying near Lake Garda and looking for a new fun experience to live with your family or as a surprising gift, here’s what you need: a family-friendly Canyoning experience!

We’ve been offering this kind of family-friendly activities for many years now because we strongly believe that, by making these adventurous sports accessible for children, they can get to live an unforgettable family experience!

Technical information:

meeting point is in Aer, a small village near Lake Garda, in Tignale municipality, province of Brescia (see below the meeting point on the map), 15 minutes before starting time. The Guide will be waiting for you there
the activity consists of a loop trail
we will put on and take off the wetsuit in the nature, with a towel, as you would do on the beach
please wear your swimwear under your clothes before the activity
a UIAGM-certified Mountain Guide will accompany you throughout this experience

Advice from your Mountain Guide:

at the meeting point, your guide will carefully explain the whole family-friendly activity to the group. He will tell you what you can or cannot do during your ring trail, giving you advice on how to responsibly behave during the activity, in order to limit the possible risks along the canyoning outdoor trail.

Technical equipment provided:

neoprene socks
5,5-mm-thick neoprene wetsuit
helmet
harness with climbing ropes and carabiners
life vest, only upon request to the guide during the general explanation at the meeting point
all the equipment is duly washed and disinfected after every use

What you need to take with you:

Comfortable shoes (sneakers, running or hiking shoes)
Swimwear
Towel
Advisable: synthetic T-shirt to wear under the wetsuit
Set of dry clothes INCLUDING SHOES, for the walk back to the starting point.

The Adventure begins:

The activity consists of a loop trail, starting with a 25-minute walk on a mountain path in the nature (wearing your swimsuit or swimming trunks that you will later keep under the wetsuit).

We will take a backpack with us with all the wetsuits and the technical equipment provided by the guide.

Once we get to the Tignale torrent, we will wear our wetsuits and begin our activity with a fun slide between the rocks that your children can repeat as many times as they want!

Children-sized slides, jumps and abseils will make this experience real fun for your family. All that, within wild nature, where both children and parents will put their agility to the test!
