Do you want to walk in nature, but you still have doubts?
Trekking is a regenerating experience that is accessible to everyone, but it is normal to have some questions before leaving.
Whether it is your first outing or you are looking for a new trail to explore, on this page you will find everything you should know!
Can I do it too, even if I've never been trekking?
Yes! We offer routes suitable for everyone, even those who are new to the experience. We will accompany you calmly, without rushing.
What do I need to know before leaving?
All you need is to know how to walk on trails and have a minimum of resistance. You don’t need to be an athlete, but you do need a bit of desire to move in nature.
I have never hiked in the mountains. How does it work?
We will explain everything to you: how to tackle climbs and descents, how to use poles, how to manage your breathing. You will learn on the field, without pressure.
Who will accompany me during the trek?
Experienced and qualified guides who know the area and follow you step by step. You will always be in good hands.
What should I bring in my backpack?
Water, a snack, a k-way or waterproof jacket, hat, sunscreen, comfortable clothing and hiking boots or trail shoes with well-sculpted soles. No smooth sneakers: safety starts with your feet!
What if the weather changes during the excursion?
We always check the forecast before we leave. If it rains lightly, we walk anyway. If the weather is unstable, we postpone or change the route.
What if I'm afraid I won't be able to keep up with the group?
Don’t worry: we choose the pace based on the group, with breaks and recovery moments. No one is ever left behind.
